These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, applications, and services operated by MindSync LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree not to: violate any law; infringe intellectual property rights; transmit malware; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the Services; scrape, harvest, or use automated means against our systems without written permission; or use the Services to harass, threaten, or defraud others.
The Services and all associated content, software, trademarks, and designs are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services as permitted by these Terms.
If you submit content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.
The Services may include links to or integrations with third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MindSync LLC, its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
